About

I bring strategy, storytelling, and partnerships together to move change forward.

Portrait of Stephanie Bluma
Stephanie Bluma

For the better part of two decades, I've worked at the intersection of policy, strategy, and public engagement — inside a presidential administration, alongside global institutions, within a leading strategic communications agency, and in partnership with nonprofits large and small.

Across those roles, my work has centered on helping ambitious priorities become actionable, building coalitions that sustain momentum, and translating complex ideas into change people can see and feel.

I lead with a clear point of view and stay close enough to the work to keep it honest.

I believe meaningful change requires care: for the people it reaches, for the partners who sustain it, and for the values underneath it.

That belief shapes how I lead, build partnerships, and stay accountable to outcomes.
